This photo, courtesy of the Fortis Rotterdam Marathon, is truly one of a kind.  On April 5, 2009 Duncan Kibet (Kenya) beat James Kwambai (Kenya) at the tape. Both were given the time of 2:04:27 which broke the course record of 2:05:49 set by William Kipsang in 2008.
