St.Vincent Geist Half Marathon & 5K

Entertainers will have the opportunity to perform in front of sold out crowd

FISHERS, Ind. - Organizers for the St. Vincent Geist Half Marathon & 5K are looking for entertainers to perform in front of a sold out crowd at the 3rd event. Applications are being accepted from garage bands, DJs, high school pep bands, cheer groups, dance teams to cheer on more than 6,000 participants as they make their way to the finish line. Entertainers will provide the motivation and energy for participants on their 13.1 mile or 3.1 mile journey on Saturday, May 22, 2010.

The application deadline is Sunday, April 18, 2010 and organizers recommend entertainers apply early as space is limited.

Along with performing in front of a sold out crowd, entertainers will receive:

•Group name and link on the St.Vincent Geist Half-Marathon & 5K website: www.GeistHalf.com)
•Group signaged placed at their location on the course
•Opportuntiy to provide promotional materials to be displayed at race expo on Friday, May 21, 2010.
